“I have a few friends who live in a Gleeson home across different developments, and I would definitely say they influenced us to take a closer look at our local sites to get a feel of the homes and the offers they have, and I’m so glad we listened!
"We chose to buy with Gleeson as there were so many options and offers to help with the cost! We took advantage of the deposit contribution and the options and extras contribution when buying our home. We also liked having so many different house styles to choose from which were within our budget, unlike other developers we looked at. After viewing the Tyrone, we absolutely adored the kitchen/diner layout with the L shape and decided this was the house style we wanted.
"We never considered renting as we both wanted to own a property so that it was completely ours and could make our house our home, free of rules from a landlord. We chose to buy a new home over an old build as we loved the idea of being the first owners and people to have lived in the house and that the first memories in this home started with us. Also, we loved that we could pick all our options and straight away move into a house that is complete and just how we would want without doing any renovations ourselves.
"The process of buying our new home went as smoothly as possible and that was all down to our wonderful Sales Executive, Amaara! We hit a couple of bumps in the road due to our buyer for Tim's apartment, but Amaara was on the ball consistently and always chased for answers and kept us up to date throughout. We are both very happy with our home-buying process and still can’t believe how quickly move-in day came around and how Gleeson are still checking in on us to make sure everything’s okay! We chose to go with Smooth Move when buying to ensure our solicitors and estate agents were being pushed and everything went as ‘smoothly’ as possible - which of course it did.
"Life has changed since living in our home for the better, we feel even closer as a couple now.
